* For the Florida project we have established an SPV, Verde Visions, LLC, a Wyoming company with offices in Gainesville, FL, Whitefish, MT & Brooklyn NY.

* The company was established for the development of the demonstration and pilot project in South Palm Beach County, to be substantially expanded after successful demonstration.

* Purpose of the company is converting biomass residues into VLSFO.

* We have currently 4 officers, all of which are seasoned professionals in the renewable energy realm, operate their own companies and are accustomed to operate worldwide. Together we have over 100 years experience in renewable energy.

* The company can also benefit from the experience that will be gained with other pilot projects planned by Mr. Judek in Asia. Currently under negotiation are multiple projects in the Philippines (Central Luzon, Batangas, Negros, and Mindanao) and India (Maharashtra, Haryana, and Punjab). The plants will be designed for the processing of corn cobs and stalks, coconut husk, shells and palm fronds, sugarcane trash as well as purpose-grown feedstock (DAMO® Energy Grass) to bridge the periods between harvesting. The Asian Development Bank ( ADB) in Manila has already evaluated these proposals positively and mentioned them in a recommendation to the Development Bank of the Philippines.

* We are also cooperating with the agricultural machinery company CLAAS, which has developed a specialized baling machine for sugarcane trash in Thailand.
